The term ‘safe pair of hands’ aptly describes Lynne. I was fortunate to have her as Office Manager (when I was MD) at LSI. Her personal sense of responsibility ensured that everything ran smoothly, conflicting needs were resolved and changing needs/priorities were anticipated and addressed. She is calm, discreet, practical and very well organised – a valuable asset to any organisation.

I have known Lynne since January 2003 when she joined our HR team. As the Head of HR we were seeking someone who was organised, methodical and flexible but above all with a huge capacity for work/productivity and we found all of these things in Lynne.
